Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fine Salt
  • 1/3 cup Hazelnut Spread

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  • Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
  • Stir the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  • Add the blended cottage cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup halfway with the oat mixture, add 1 teaspoon of hazelnut spread to the center, and cover with the remaining mixture.
  • Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, until the oat cups are set. Cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
