Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13 inch pan. Blend the cottage cheese for the cake until completely smooth.
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 4-5 minutes until pale and fluffy, then beat in the blended cottage cheese and vanilla.
Gently fold in the flour, baking powder and salt just until combined, then pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes.
Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, cottage cheese and whole milk until completely smooth. The cottage cheese makes the soak extra creamy.
Poke holes all over the cake with a fork, then slowly pour the milk soak over the whole cake so it soaks in evenly.
Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, spread over the cake and dust with cinnamon before serving.
