Place the eggs in a large saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, cover the pan, remove it from the heat, and let the eggs stand for 11 minutes.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and cool them for 10 minutes. Peel the eggs, halve them lengthwise, and place the yolks in a food processor.
Add the drained cottage cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Blend until completely smooth and fluffy.
Transfer the filling to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with one corner removed. Fill the egg white cavities generously with the cottage cheese yolk mixture.
Sprinkle the filled eggs with everything bagel seasoning, chives, and crispy turkey bacon. Press the toppings lightly so they adhere to the filling.
Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 20 minutes before serving. Keep them chilled until ready to place on the serving platter.
